Single-layer nylon screen: simple structure, the wire material is mostly nylon palm fiber, with good ventilation, light transmission and air permeability, often used in some occasions where the filtering accuracy is not particularly high, or where rapid filtering and ventilation are required, such as simple ventilation window screens, ordinary agricultural insect-proof nets, etc.

Three-layer nylon screen: It is composed of two layers of large mesh outer clothes and one layer of small mesh inner clothes. Choose mesh counts according to the purpose: low mesh counts for coarse screening (such as 20-60 meshes), high mesh counts for fine filtration (100-400 meshes).

Note the material segmentation: nylon 6 (ordinary), nylon 66 (higher strength and temperature resistance).
