The main reason for using silicon powder ultrasonic test sieve to screen silicon powder is that it can effectively solve the problem of screen blockage caused by the small particle size (usually 80-600 mesh), easy agglomeration, strong adsorption and high electrostatic characteristics of silicon powder during the screening process.
Traditional vibrating screens are difficult to cope with these characteristics, with low screening efficiency and poor accuracy.
