What is R40/3 Test Sieve?

R40/3 Test Sieve belongs to the GB/6003.1 national standard series, with a total of 48 models, about 30 commonly used models, including more than 20 wire woven mesh test sieves and more than 20 perforated plate test sieves; R40/3 Test Sieve Double wrapping design is adopted, stamping mold is formed in one time, there is no cross section of steel plate, no burr, which meets the requirements of safe operation in the laboratory, R40/3 test sieve is carefully crafted, and the mesh fully meets the requirements of national standards.

What are the Types of R40/3 Test Sieve?

R40/3 Test Sieve is mainly divided into three categories according to the sieve, metal wire woven test sieve, punched plate test sieve and electroformed sieve test sieve.

Wire woven mesh: widely used, the mesh is square mesh from 2.36mm to 0.02mm.

Perforated plate screen: mainly used for large mesh, there are two kinds of round hole and square hole, and the mesh can be produced from 0.2 to several hundred millimeters.

Electroforming screen: (mainly used in high-precision occasions, each mesh can be within the average error range).
